Grosfillex operations include three manufacturing facilities and a large distribution center in Pennsylvania. Grosfillex sets the standard for excellence throughout the industry and has established quality and safety standards through the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) with the publication of ASTM standards for commercial outdoor seating and lounging resin furniture. All chairs and chaise lounges are tested to 400 lbs and rated at 300 lbs. Durability, performance, comfort, and style are built in every piece of furniture manufactured by the company.

Grosfillex new Air Molding Technology, in conjunction with the use of more advanced techno polymer composites, allows the production of sleek chair designs that are stronger than those made with the traditional injection molding technology. New chairs and armchairs produced with this new technology even meet the tough requirements of BIFMA X5.1 2011 standard for business use.

Grosfillex products and technologies are environmentally friendly. The manufacturing process is a low energy process that produces no emissions with a concentrated effort to reduce, reuse and recycle all other materials. Grosfillex resin products do not use any topical treatment which can peel off and contaminate the water table. Grosfillex resin furniture is 100% recyclable.
